 Customer services consultant

To increase the support for the pre- and post-sales processes we are looking for a customer services consultant, with a proven track record in a similar role. The consultant will be mainly operational in the Benelux area, based at the head office in Antwerp, with occasional travel to prospects and customers around the world. The consultant will report to the customer services manager and work in close cooperation with the sales team and partners.

As a consultant you will:

 Assist the sales team during pre-sales activities:
 Product positioning in business processes
 Give technical product demos
 Give presentations
 Assist the customer during the architectural and design phase of the integration projects
 Assist the customer with product installation and integration projects
 Assist the customer during support calls
 Deliver technical product training

Qualifications:

 Affinity or background in IT in general, IT architectures and software development
 Knowledge about document management is a pro:
 Output communication processes (print, mail, portal ...)
 Workflow
 Document archiving
 Experience in customer service role and commercial attitude
 Positive drive and team player
 IT technical skills:
 Good XML knowledge
 Java development experience
 Multiple platform knowledge (Unix, Windows, iSeries, mainframe, ...)
