Account Manager

Company profile:

Our customer is a leading software development compagnie within the environement of Facility Management en Real Estate solutions.
Due to the constant growth of the company we are looking to increase the sales team with a high touch / direct account manager for the Belux market.
After +/- 2 years of proven sales records he/she should have the ability to take a leading role in order to further expand the company internationally. The vertical account manager reports to the Marketing and Sales Manager.

Job subscription

- To position and sell the products in the Belux market pro-actively.
- To manage business opportunities in other verticals efficiently.
- To develop and manage commercial partnerships in order to supply the total solution to the customer.
- To manage the total sales cycle.
- To work together with services in pre- and post sales and project management in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
- To deliver feedback in order to develop future products effectively. 


- University degree in economics (TEW) or engineering. (+MBA).
- Experience in direct/ high touch sales, proven sales track record of 5 - 10 years.
- Experience in software sales is desirable.
- Knowledge of the Enterprise corporate market.
- Affinity or background in software/telecom/IT sales.
- Open culture with a “Can Do” mentality and a given sales drive.
- A team player who can work autonomously.
- Multi level conversation/ negotiation skills.
- Hunter profile.
