Lately the activity field of MCS has substantially increased. Our customers came mainly from Belgium and the surrounding countries. Thanks to the close cooperation with our partners, Siemens and ISS, MCS eFMS is also used in several other European countries. In far destinations too such as the US, Russia, China, Brazil etc. customers were able to generate important savings thanks to the MCS solution.
To steer this internationalization in the right direction, MCS made an appeal to Semcor, a management consultancy company that focuses exclusively on assisting and supporting technology companies. The aim is to evaluate the processes and procedures of MCS and to optimize them. Some of the tasks are:
Preparing MCS for the international market
Developing distribution & partnerships locally and internationally
Assisting the further development and transition from a product company to a market company
Further developing a Sales & Marketing structure
Implementing and assisting a management team
Preparing the company for an advisory body or board of directors
